Just booked an appointment through the receptionist Kathy who was friendly, kind and helped me set up patient access so it would be even easier for me in the future, really pleased with the service provided by Southborough Lane - all round great care.

I called for an emergency appointment with a female doctor not expecting to be able to get one for a day or two but Kathy was great and worked out a way for me to see a doctor the same day through the GP Alliance. Kathy was so friendly and helpful.

Having a hub based here at Crown Medical Centre is a plus and having two further hubs within the area of course improves the service for all patients. I would just like to say how helpful, friendly (and truly lovely!) your receptionist Kathy is. She always manages to squeeze us in somehow (against all the odds) with several emergencies with a poorly baby (who Dr Collins handled brilliantly, too) and she even got an after work HUB appointment for my husband when he desperately needed to be seen that day. Thanks and keep up the brilliant work smiles :-)

I have mental health problems, dr Collins was so slow in my problems, also had other problems, regarding my endoscopy, I took overdose Monday, no help from dr Collins or yeoman house Penge, dr Abraham, they don't give a toss, getting paid, that's all they care about, feeling vulnerable. No one has been in touch.
I am so sorry to hear of your problems and please be assured that we care very much if a patient feels they are not getting the support that they need from us. It is inappropriate for me to address such personal issues such as yours on this feedback site, but would encourage you to make contact with the surgery perhaps by making a further appointment or by letter or telephone to see what help we can offer you.
